Job Description

About the Company - Total Ancillary specializes in biologics technology and biologics management which drives efficiencies in the podiatry and wound care supply chain. Total Ancillary’s mission is to improve a patient’s quality of care through optimal products, treatments, and education.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovative healthcare software solutions—EHR/EMR systems, patient portals, telehealth platforms, and more. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business, clinical, and technical teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly, meet compliance standards, and improve the way patients and providers connect.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end projects—scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, clinical operations, compliance, and executives
  • Oversee technical integrations (APIs, HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, CMS)
  • Drive Agile or hybrid project processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing roadmaps, progress updates, and risk management

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing software or technical projects, ideally in healthcare or other regulated industries
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Smartsheet, MS Project)
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD
  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, DICOM standards
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS) and workflows (EMR/HER, telehealth, patient engagement)
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, or healthcare IT certifications such as CHCIO) preferred

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to directly impact healthcare technology and patient experience
  • Work with cross-functional teams at the intersection of tech, clinical, and business
  • Grow your expertise in a complex, highly regulated industry where your skills make a real difference

Ready to lead healthcare innovation? Apply today to join us as a Senior Technical Project Manager and help transform the way patients and providers engage with technology!
