Job Function

• Leverage platforms such as our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and engage top professionals.
• Deliver tailored solutions to match candidates' career aspirations with client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and alignment with specific client requirements.
• Oversee the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teamsincluding sales, HR, marketing, payroll, and complianceto support client and candidate needs.
• Guide candidates through interview preparation, constructive feedback, and long-term career development.

Job Requirements

• 1 year of experience in agency recruitment, sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment practices across various industries.
• Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms to manage pipelines effectively.
