Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our tenants and property owners, and we are looking for contractors who share that same standard of excellence.
Position Type:
1099 Independent Contractor
Responsibilities:
· Basic plumbing repairs
· Sheetrock/drywall repair
· Garbage disposal repair/replacement
· Preventative maintenance
· Interior/exterior painting
· Tile work (installations and repairs)
· General handyman/miscellaneous jobs
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5+ years of professional handyman/contractor experience
· Must carry active liability insurance
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Professional communication and customer service skills
· Ability to prioritize and approach each job with a sense of urgency
· Must provide own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
