Job Title: Safety Coordinator

Job Description

The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, adhering to OSHA standards and requirements, and complying with state and federal regulations, including meticulous record-keeping. Candidates MUST be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety procedures.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and requirements.
• Comply with state and federal regulations and laws, including maintaining accurate records.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in safety management.
• Understanding of OSHA standards.
• Experience in safety audits and inspections.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 5+ years of safety experience in construction or a similar industry.
• CPR Certified.
• First Aid certified.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety.
• EHS experience.
• Competence in safety training.

Work Environment

The role involves working both in the field and in an office environment, depending on daily tasks. You will operate as a one-person team. The shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
