We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Wireman Electrician who can provide high-quality electrical services while fostering positive customer relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns
• Clearly explain electrical issues and proposed solutions
• Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers
• Offer expert advice on energy-efficient solutions, safety measures, and potential home upgrades

2. Technical Proficiency:

• Conduct a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, city ordinances, and safety regulations
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies

3. Quality Workmanship:

• Maintain a commitment to excellence in every task
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality of work
• Use precision and attention to detail in all installations and repairs
• Leave workspaces clean and organized after completing jobs

4. Problem-Solving Skills:

• Analyze complex electrical problems and devise efficient solutions
• Adapt to unexpected challenges and troubleshoot effectively
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and respond promptly to emergency calls

5. Professionalism:

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Arrive on time for training, appointments, and efficiently complete tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (electrical certification or apprenticeship preferred)
• Texas Residential Wireman License
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
• Willingness to continue education and training in the electrical field
• Service Titan Experience
• Residential Service Experience

SCHEDULE:

• Availability to work Monday- Friday anywhere between 7:00AM-3:30pm (or until daily task are complete)
  

SALARY:

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 based on experience and knowledge.
• SIGN-ON BONUS FOR LICENSED WIREMAN: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 3 months, and an additional $1000 after 6 months of employment.
