Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support a developing real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a solid understanding of real estate processes, including administrative tasks, marketing strategies, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media, online listings, and print materials.
  • Maintain client databases and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate transactions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct research on properties and market trends to assist agents in negotiations and sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations throughout all processes.
  • Support property management tasks as needed, including tenant communications and maintenance coordination.
  • Assist in organizing open houses and property showings to enhance client engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Real Estate license or willingness to obtain a license
  • Fluency with multiple listing services, including searching, valuing and listing properties
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques specific to real estate transactions.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with social media and traditional marketing
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements.
