We’re currently seeking a Professional Organizer for Adults to join our growing team. This role focuses on helping adult clients improve their organization, productivity, and time management in their homes and workspaces, using our research-backed methods and your innate ability to create calm out of chaos.
Our instructors, teachers, and private coaches have graduated from the nation’s top Universities, but what truly sets them apart is their warm professionalism, their passion for education, and their enthusiasm for working with people on creating great habits and study skills.
We are looking for coaches who are passionate about teaching Organization, Time Management, and Study Skills with students who have learning differences.
We are looking for coaches with proven experience in professional organizing, productivity coaching, or a related field.
We are looking for coaches with a strong understanding of executive functioning skills and behavior change strategies.
We are looking for coaches who have excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to be supportive without being overwhelming.
We are looking for coaches who have a background in psychology or educational therapy and have very firm boundaries.
We are looking for LMFT counselors and coaches with a background in Clinical or Educational Psychology.

Compensation depends on experience, education, and is for IN PERSON organizing.
Please note the upper range of compensation is dependent on master's and doctoral degrees as well as experience.
