Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and repair work efficiently and professionally
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Support unit turns, inspections, and maintenance of common areas to RISE's high standards
• Maintain proper documentation of work orders and parts inventory
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to ensure exceptional service
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
• Uphold company safety standards and property appearance at all times

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 years of maintenance experience in multifamily or luxury residential communities
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• EPA certification preferred ; CPO certification a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
