This opportunity offers a collaborative, traditional pediatric practice with a strong balance of outpatient and hospital-based responsibilities, along with excellent work-life balance.Practice Details•Traditional practice model caring for patients from newborns through teens, primarily in an outpatient setting•Shared hospital responsibilities among pediatricians, including presence at deliveries and C-sections (only when there is a concern), inpatient rounding, and ED consultations•Four-day work week with dedicated administrative time•Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives•Hiring incentives, including commencement bonus and relocation assistance•Comprehensive benefits package, including retirement with employer matching•Approved loan repayment siteRequired Qualifications•MD or DO degree from an accredited United States medical school•Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics•Active Oregon Medical License•DEA Certificate•Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team to achieve patient care goals
