Job Summary
We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a compassionate, tech-savvy Live Chat Support Agent to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking to improve their heart health. In this role, you'll engage with potential patients via live chat, providing clear, empathetic, and informative responses to their questions. You'll also play a key role in coordinating with our team to ensure timely follow-ups and callbacks, while helping triage and monitor missed calls and messages.
