Solo attorney seeking experienced legal assistant.
Responsibilities & Skills:
-Must be a notary or be willing to take the test to become PA notary
-Gather, review & summarize medical records & billing records
-Assist attorney with document preparation, case management, correspondence
-Draft / Proof read / Efile of pleadings with the courts
-Manage / follow up with cases in task app in microsoft outlook
-Detail-oriented, strong organizational & computer skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Answer phones & must be personable & patient
