We’re hiring a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing and event promotions team . This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and event coordination . No prior experience required —full paid training and mentorship are provided.
As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll assist with executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and supporting brand initiatives for clients and nonprofit partners. You’ll work closely with team members to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve measurable results.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events
Assist with content creation, social engagement, and outreach materials
Help coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and community activations
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure project success
Represent client and company brands professionally at events
Contribute creative ideas to improve marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable working with teams and the public
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced settings
Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
