Position OverviewAs a Management Trainee, you’ll gain comprehensive training to master community outreach, event marketing, and client representation. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders, supporting campaign operations and eventually leading teams. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations of community outreach, event marketing, and fundraising campaigns
Assist with training, mentoring, and supervising entry-level associates
Represent nonprofit and ethical brand clients at live events and promotional activations
Coordinate event logistics including setup, scheduling, and materials management
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize results
Learn and apply leadership, team development, and performance tracking techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, coachable, and self-motivated
Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
Ambitious with a desire for rapid career growth
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Degree not required; backgrounds in business, marketing, communications, or customer service a plus
