This position is for experienced technology recruiters (contract/contract to hire/full time experience) who MUST have experience within business development.

About the role:

As recruitment consultant with Oliver James your responsibilities will be:

• Sourcing candidates (Cold calling, headhunting etc.)
• Building and maintaining relationships with your network
• Account management

About you:

• Relevant market experience for experienced recruiters - Tech, finance, legal, actuarial, risk
• Motivation - Agency recruitment isn't easy so clear motivations both professionally and personally are essential
• Coachability - The learning never stops so you must be able to evidence a passion for L&D
• Team player - Our Charlotte office is primed for growth, we all share a clear goal so it's essential any new team member wants to work with and for the team
