Position Overview

As an Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will ensure seamless communication with the site coordinator and foster commendable relations with General Contractor Superintendents and Office staff. You'll oversee the direction, completion, and financial facets of diverse projects while leading a team of foremen and field staff. Your proactive approach will be instrumental in discovering new business prospects and enhancing relationships with our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold project objectives, policies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Oversee Field Staff and Foremen, ensuring efficient job administration.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to BEI's safety protocols.
  • Diagnose and swiftly resolve project conflicts.
  • Guarantee compliance with code standards.
  • Diligently maintain logs to track project progression.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of design build experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in electrical construction project management.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Combination of relevant education, training, and experience is welcome.
