Job Description
Reports To: The Route Driver/ Courier will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.
Job Overview:
The Route Driver/ Courier provides exceptional delivery and courier services. This position receives orders from a centralized dispatch, retrieves parcels/mail from different local offices, and then delivers the parcels/mail in a timely and safe manner. The position will also serve as a backup to the front or back of office functions.
Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
