operated waterproofing, mitigation, masonry, EIFS/stucco, foundation coating, and general construction company serving Dane County and the Midwest since 2004. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our growing team. This position primarily supports our waterproofing division but will also assist masonry and general construction operations as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Key Responsibilities: Waterproofing & Foundation Work: Remove form ties from new foundation walls (interior and exterior). Apply waterproofing mastic to exterior form-tie locations. Operate sprayer to apply waterproofing membrane. Install foundation insulation/drainage systems. Excavate interior foundation areas for sump crock installations. Install foot-lock braces for interior wall support prior to backfill. Install window wells. Construction Support & Material Handling: Pick up, deliver, and stage materials such as lath, mortar, stone/brick, scaffolding, tenting, and heaters. Assist masonry and general construction crews as needed. Properly maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles. Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. Required Qualifications: Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Reliable and consistent transportation. Ability to lift 5080lbs regularly. Basic tool proficiency (must know how to use a hammer; familiarity with additional tools is a plus). Ability to work in all Wisconsin weather conditions. Strong attendance and reliability. Preferred Qualifications: Previous waterproofing experience. General construction or masonry experience. Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the week. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality. What We Offer: Competitive pay \$22/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Paid holidays and vacation.
