As a Community Outreach Assistant , you’ll represent our brand at community events, support partnership initiatives, and build authentic connections with local audiences. You’ll work closely with our team to plan and execute engaging events , manage logistics, and promote our initiatives to diverse groups.
Assist in planning and executing community events , outreach campaigns , and local partnerships
Serve as a brand ambassador at public events—engage attendees, answer questions, and promote initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to explore new opportunities for community involvement and partnerships
Manage on-site logistics including event setup , customer engagement , and teardown
Gather community feedback and report on event performance and engagement outcomes
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and assist with post-event analysis
Represent the company’s mission , values , and brand voice at all public interactions
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about community engagement
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service minded
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks or priorities
A team player with problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in a variety of settings
