Overview

The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects thousands of students nationwide with online ARM tutors. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, youll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students learning journeysall from home.

What Youll Do

Provide ARM tutoring to students online, tailor lessons to individual learning styles, and help students understand concepts in risk management.

Responsibilities

• 1-on-1 Online Tutoring - Provide personalized instruction to individual students.
• Instant Tutoring - Accept on-demand tutoring requests whenever youre available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in ARM and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Scheduling

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects, with potential to earn up to $40/hour.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as youd like.
• Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platformno commuting required.
• Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• AI-powered Tutor Copilot enhances sessions with real-time support and engagement features.
• We handle the logisticsyou just invoice for your tutoring sessions.
