Weekly Pay! 1st shift: 5AM-420PM Mon-Thurs 2nd Shift: 430PM-430AM Mon-Thurs Weekend Shift: 5AM-5PM Fri-Sun Double time after 50 hours worked in a week! We offer a very competitive benefit package! Join Veritas Steel as a Welder, where you'll play a vital role in the production of bridge girder components. This position involves a combination of welding, fabricating, and assembly operations, requiring precision, attention to detail, and the ability to meet high production demands. You'll ensure quality and safety while contributing to the construction of critical infrastructure projects. Welder also adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Must be 18 years old to apply. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: Execute high-quality FCAW welding processes on structural steel.Set up and adjust welding equipment as required for specific tasks.Weld in multiple positions, including flat, vertical, horizontal, and overheadFabricate, drill, grind, and assemble bridge girder components per project specifications.Perform FCAW welding and other assembly operations to meet production standards.Utilize tools, clamps, and fixtures to ensure proper alignment and fit of materials Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1 years of experience in welding; FCWA requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsCommitment to work safety and actively participating in our safety cultureQuality, accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability of work performedWillingness to learn and contribute to the success of your teamAdherence to maintaining a great attendance record and dependability!
