Overview Join us as a Waxing Specialist/Esthetician at SUGARING NYC , an organic sugaring and lash studio located at 3030 E Broad St Suite 104, Mansfield, TX 76063. Compensation Base pay range: $11.00/hr - $41.00/hr . Additional compensation comes from commissions, tips, and bonuses. Schedule Many shifts available from full‑time to part‑time. One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required. Open 7 days per week: Monday-Friday 9‑9 pm, Saturday & Sunday 9‑7 pm. Responsibilities Perform sugaring, lash lifting, tinting, brow lamination, and related services while meeting quality and time standards. Provide education on services and product use to guests. Communicate with guests to guide them, set expectations, and deliver a positive experience. Maintain a professional attitude and drive to succeed both individually and as part of a team. Manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Share product knowledge to close retail sales. Complete a daily planner to promote goal achievement and track results. Promptly turn over the treatment room after each client, ensuring sanitation between clients and at closing. Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.) and maintain equipment per state requirements. Participate in quarterly staff meetings and support the studio’s overall success. Maintain Texas state Esthetic license and comply with state cleanliness standards.
