Responsibilities

1. Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery.
2. Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
3. Maintain proper inventory for all raw and full goods including product, bottles, pallets, and flats.
4. Provide feedback to Supply Chain Ops Associate Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders.
5. Track each load accurately.
6. Accurately count all pallets.
7. Maintain pace of pallet configuration.
8. Identify priorities and coordinate resources.
9. Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers.
10. Recommend process improvements.
11. Coordinate picker and loader team.
12. Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps.
13. Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap".
14. This position will require travel.
15. This Position is Overtime Eligible.
16. Working schedule: Monday - Friday 8PM - 4AM.
17. Other duties as Assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• +1 year of experience in leadership roles in warehouse or supply chain environments.
• Preferred +2 years of technical skills experience in warehousing (production & manufacturing preferred) with familiarity with SAP.
• Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Clear understanding of manufacturing practices and processes.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
