You’ll be responsible for cutting a range of content, primarily short-form videos, but occasionally long-form edits and teasers as well. Most of the content will already have creative direction and structure—you’re not expected to reinvent the concept, but to execute it with technical excellence and a sharp eye for pacing, rhythm, and detail. Your work will directly impact how audiences engage with our talent and how well each piece performs online. We’re not looking for someone to push wild creative experiments every week—we’re looking for consistency, discipline, and quality. You’ll be supported with clear briefs, organized systems, and regular feedback to help you keep improving.
