Travel to clients' locations, including homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate notarization for a range of documents such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan agreements. Verify identities and certify documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications / Skills MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public commission. Legal knowledge, witnessing experience, mobile notary training, communication skills, and professionalism is essential. Preferred Previous experience working in legal, administrative, or customer service roles can provide valuable insight into witnessing legal documents and interacting with clients. Proficiency in multiple languages can be beneficial, especially in diverse communities where clients may prefer to conduct business in their native language. Mastery of technology platforms used for mobile notarization and document management can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in providing notary services on the go. A background in law, paralegal studies, or related fields can provide a deeper understanding of legal documents and the implications of notarial acts, allowing the Traveling Signature Witness to offer expert guidance to clients. Good reviews and positive references from previous clients can demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to providing high‑quality notary services.
