Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab Manager for a travel nursing job in Webster, Texas.
Required experience: 5 years clinical experience which includes two (2) years of progressive management experience (i.e Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Administrator, or Assistant Nurse Manager). Must have Cath Lab and EP experience.
Required license/certifications: TX RN or Compact License, Certification in nursing specialty or administration, and AHA BLS
Job Summary: The Nurse Manager is accountable for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care for specific patient care unit(s) on a 24-hour basis. This includes oversight for clinical operations and human resources, financial, and quality management. The Cath/EP lab manager would need to have experience in budgeting, hiring and separating, procedures and equipment for EP and Cath Lab, Epic Cupid, Philips XIMS, GE Combo Lab.
