Tank Cleaning Technician Company Profile: USA DeBusk is a best-in-class mechanical and industrial cleaning services provider specializing in servicing the downstream energy market. We offer the full suite of maintenance and turnaround services including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation, chemical cleaning, PEPTM polymer extraction service, vacuum services, tank cleaning, degassing/vapor control, FCC catalyst handling and transportation, and specialty turnaround services. Founded in 2012, USA DeBusk currently has field offices in 24 cities and continues to provide services internationally.
Responsibilities: - Operate and set-up all necessary cleaning equipment such as low-pressure, high-volume pumps and circulators in accordance with operational, training, guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
- Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heaving industrial settings.
- Install, fit, repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment.
- Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, chemical circulators, and general work area prior to starting any job. Informs supervisor of deficiencies, which may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
- Clean different type of petro chemical tanks (crude, diesel, gas etc.)
- Proficient in 3 or 2 phase centrifuges (Jenkins, Centrisys)
- Familiar with tank cleaning equipment (man way cannons, 18-inch circulation systems, centrifugal pumps and pneumatic pumps.
Requirements: - Must be able to travel for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license or identification card
- Respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week if called upon.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time within a confined space, in extreme temperature environments and at high elevation.
- Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures
- Ability to understand and follow specific procedures and directions.
- Ability to lift, move and handle up to 50lbs
- Successfully complete drug screen, pre-employment physical and all required background checks
- Valid TWIC Card
- RSO Card
- Clean background
Experience Required: - General labor experience is a plus.
- Experience in chemical cleaning chemistry is a plus
Vacuum Truck Operator - Class A & B CDL
Classification: Non-Exempt (Hourly).
Department: Industrial Services Division.
Reports to: Branch Manager.

Summary/Objective:
The Vacuum Truck Operator will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials and vacuum truck operations. The Vacuum Truck Operator will be responsible for driving and operating efficiently and safely all power equipment and vehicles in accordance with DOT laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up all necessary equipment in accordance with operation training, guidelines and safety procedures.
- Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
- Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
- Manually clean, install, fit repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment.
- Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc.
- Wash and clean company equipment - Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.
- General housekeeping - sweeping floors, taking out trash, and helping keep work areas clean and organized.
- Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs - Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year's experience required behind an 18-wheeler.
- Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL.
- Must have a TANKER endorsement.
- No RESTRICTIONS. Must be legally allowed to drive a manual transmission truck.
- Must possess a valid TWIC card or be willing to obtain one.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen to include hair follicle and urine.
- Must possess a Medical Examiner's Certificate or be able to obtain one.
- Must be capable of passing a personal background screen.
- Must be capable of passing an MVR background screen.
- Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
- Willing to respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week as needed.
- Willing to perform all required job duties in accordance with training.
- Willing to perform all job duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Willing to understand and follow all given directions.
Physical Requirements:
- Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
- Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time.
- Physically capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
- Physically capable of working in all inclement weather conditions.

Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour
