Your Responsibilities Act as the main contact for Swedish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing superior support. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and objectives. Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, using feedback for continuous service improvement. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance your support capabilities. Fluency in Swedish is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
