We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/RTV equipment. We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers. Responsibilities Provide technical support to equipment users. Diagnose and resolve technical problems. Providing information on products and their functionality. Entering requests into the system. Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-17:00. Qualifications Fluency in Swedish (B2/C1). Excellent command of English (B1/B2). Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (e.g. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn. Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard. Recruitment Stages Screening – initial telephone interview. Language test. Online interview with English language verification. What We Offer Civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode – 58,00 gross/h or full remote mode – 53,00 gross/h. If you choose the on-site mode: the possibility of switching to hybrid work after gaining independence, good performance and obtaining the manager's permission (3 weeks remote, 1 week on-site).
