Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist II to join our dynamic North America Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence by managing day-to-day supply chain operations, partnering cross-functionally, and ensuring seamless order flow and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily supply chain operations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including Transportation and Distribution Centers.
• Deliver seasonal execution plans aligned with financial targets.
• Conduct order book audits, operational calls, and order writing workshops to improve partner behaviors and drive efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics & Transportation, and Account stakeholders to optimize order fulfillment.
• Monitor key KPIs and ship goal forecasts in partnership with Business Analysts; escalate risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support Ship to Plan processes and provide actionable insights to enhance on-time delivery.
• Lead peer mentoring and training efforts within the team.
• Drive and standardize reporting to track orders in-season and plan forward-looking delivery strategies.
• Curate and support both short- and long-term strategies that enhance supply chain operations.
• Partner across NMP teams to share best practices and implement streamlined processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, retail, or data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills
• Experience with SAP and familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Basic coding skills in SQL or Python are a plus
