In this paid internship youll be empowered to work on challenging and complex issues in a collaborative environment with other talented interns. Over the 10-week program youll participate in business projects mentoring leadership development training and team-building activities designed to set you up for professional success. The summer Internship program runs June through August with flexible dates available based on school schedules. Interns who perform well and demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity creativity teamwork passion and excellence may be extended employment opportunities with Western Alliance Bank.

Were looking for individuals who are passionate and entrepreneurial just like our clients. Specifically were looking for top-performers interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.

The marketing intern will support the marketing team in their advertising social website and email projects for multiple business lines.

Responsibilities
Assist in copywriting design and distribution of sales materials including advertisement assets for digital marketing tactics collateral email presentations promotional items and website updates.
Support content development for LinkedIn and the company website.
Monitor and maintain internal marketing materials inventories fulfilling collateral and promotional item requests.
Conduct research for various projects and coordinate both internal and external research initiatives.
Interact with key stakeholders of company business lines to answer questions and fulfill requests.
Provide logistical support through planning customer events employee events and scheduling/coordination for meetings.
Develop meeting agendas take and distribute meeting minutes and track/follow-up on action items.
Provide general administrative assistance and backup support for other positions.

What youll need:

• Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical conceptual communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
• To be eligible for this program you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
