Do you have at least one year of experience operating a stand-up reach forklift? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

A leading food manufacturer specializing in packaging and distributing nuts is looking for skilled Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators to join their fast-paced distribution team.

This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers:

• 10 to 12-hour shifts with great overtime opportunities (paid at time and a half).

Job Responsibilities :

• Pick and stage products for production and restock inventory after use.
• Load and unload trucks/containers with raw and finished products.
• Transfer finished goods to storage locations.
• Follow inventory rotation procedures (First-In-First-Out or First-Expired-First-Out).
• Adhere to all safety, GMP, and allergen/organic handling protocols.

Job Details:

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00am (10-12 hours per shift).
  • Overtime mandatory based on production needs and holidays/weekends as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of stand-up reach forklift experience.
• Basic math skills.
