Job Title: Staff Accountant
Job Location: Dalton, GA
Work Schedule: On-site for the first 60 days, then Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote
Pay Rate: $70k–$85k base salary + Excellent Benefits (including a free option for employees) + 401k with up to 4% match after 1 year of employment + 3 weeks PTO + 9 paid holidays

Must have:

• Currently working as a Staff Accountant
• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookups)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• MS Dynamics ERP experience
• Experience with ChatGPT & CoPilot

Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will handle a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including:

• Accounts Payable
• General Ledger
• Bank Reconciliations
• Monthly Journal Entries
• Property and Sales Tax Reporting
• Annual Budget Preparation
• Supporting audit activities and supervising auditors

Must have:

• Currently working as a Staff Accountant
• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree
