Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Grand Canyon National Park in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks. What will you do?

• Act as the Human Resources department's "go to" person
• Provide information to the general public and team members while supporting the functions of the department with administrative and reception duties
• Collaborate with the HR team, including the manager, housing manager, and training coordinator
• Escalate HR issues and concerns to the proper team member
• Correlate information, produce copies, and oversee both manual and digital filing systems

More about you

• A minimum of 6 months of general office experience required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to properly handle confidential information
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
• Prior experience in human resources and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• No high school degree or GED required
