We are a NY-based B2B SaaS tech startup, servicing 400+ design firms, brands, franchisors and developers worldwide. We help design teams manage the firm-wide digital product specifications, material library and design standards and streamline the collaborations between designers, procurement teams, suppliers, and more.

We are hiring a Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer with good communication skills and experience in B2B SaaS workflow & collaboration software to understand the pain points of our users and excellent skills in creating design proposals and prototypes.

This is a hybrid role with expectation of 3 days in the NYC Financial District office per week

• Excellent communication; presenting, facilitating, writing & interpersonal skills building relationships and working well with feedback

What you’re confident in doing:

• Design product user interfaces (web only): Produce lo-fi wireframes and hi-fi screens of user flows based on user research.
• Partnering with product managers to define user needs, PRD’s, MVP’s & releases. 
• Facilitation of core product development artifacts: user journeys, storyboarding, story mapping, and more! What do you use?
• Can run an agile / lean software development process
• Working with cross-functional squad (engineers, product managers, qa) and stakeholders (marketing, sales, CSM, support)
• Assist Eng & QA to ensure alignment of development to designs
• Ability to rapidly comprehend new topics & appetite to learn, getting deep in a problem space

Must haves

• 4+ years experience as a product designer in B2B
• 2+ years B2B SaaS Experience in UX & UI design
• 4+ years of various UX research & testing methods i.e.; customer interviews, prototype testing, surveys, user tests & more! What do you use?
• Tools: Figma, web analytics (pendo, heap, amplitude or other), in-app messaging (intercom, pendo or other), Screen recording (logrocket or other)
• Defining optimal micro-interactions and UI components for based on user context
• Designed simple solutions for complex workflows with highly configurable systems 
• Defining high quality, brief copy & micro copy for SaaS products

Preferred:

• Architecture, interior design, procurement or construction industry technology experience [strong preferred]
• Worked with and contributed to growing a design system
• Tools; Notion, JIRA, Confluence, Figjam, Google Docs/sheets/slides, slack
• Working with CRM & ERP’s

• Product marketplaces 
• Re-skinning & UX revamp of an existing tool
• Created breathtakingly beautiful UI designs
