As a Senior User Experience Designer at Reach Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Reach app and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Maintain consistency in design standards and best practices across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process and outcomes
• Extensive experience designing for SaaS or enterprise software products
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
