Vaco is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant in North Scottsdale, Arizona!

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review external financial disclosures in compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage specific areas of corporate accounting, including financing arrangements, risk coverage programs, and stock-based compensation activities
• Oversee and update the company’s general ledger

• Develop monthly cash flow statements and maintain supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and transparency.

 
 
Requirements:

• 3+ years of public accounting experience (Required)
• Experience in M&A and consolidations (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Required)
• Ability to handle technical accounting without handholding
• Willingness to go 4 days on site
• Salary $90-110k
