Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support key business decisions.
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial goals are met, including ERP and FP&A support.
• Prepare and present both regular and ad hoc financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting KPIs, financial trends, and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain detailed financial models that support strategic planning, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and investment decisions.
• Lead the development and consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts; collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs, analyze assumptions, and deliver accurate projections.
• Perform in-depth data validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
• Calculate and validate commission earnings based on compensation plans; continuously improve processes and ensure compliance with policy.
• Lead the calculation and distribution of performance-based bonuses, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company objectives and monthly processes.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by senior management, offering insight, analysis, and project leadership.

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years fp&a experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3. Strong skills with Excel including VBA and Macros along with systems like Power Bi, Tableau, SQL, etc.
