As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and promoting a secure environment for all employees and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help discourage unwanted activity, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. This is a primarily driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises using a company-provided vehicle. Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills are essential, as you will regularly interact with staff and guests, providing assistance and information as needed. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents and daily activities.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and applicants must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements; this is primarily for driving posts.
• Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
