Who we’re looking for This role is critical to the stability, performance, and scalability of our SAP landscape. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems across development, QA, and production environments. What you’ll be doing Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, MDG, Solution Manager, etc.). Perform system upgrades, refresh, patches, kernel updates, and backups. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across SAP and database layers. Manage transports and ensure proper change control procedures. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support SAP projects and enhancements. Maintain high availability and disaster recovery plans for SAP systems. Ensure compliance with security policies. Document procedures and maintain system architecture diagrams. Monitoring and managing the performance of SAP systems and SAP interfaces. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration. Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture and components. 5+ years of Experience with HANA and traditional databases. Familiarity with cloud-hosted SAP environments (AWS). 3+ years of Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, and Web Dispatcher. Knowledge of SAP systems ( BTP, Cloud ALM, Datasphere). Strong understanding of SAP applications, system architecture and network configuration to manage and monitor SAP systems. Proficiency in system monitoring tools (SAP Solution Manager, CCMS, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Added bonus if you have Experience in Financial implementations. Experience with SAP RISE model and S/4 on private cloud. Knowledge of Ariba CIG connectivity. SAP certifications (SAP Basis, HANA, etc.). Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management. Scripting skills (Shell, PowerShell, Python) for automation.
