The Role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help build, improve, and manage products that directly impact our internal operations and customer experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage platforms like Salesforce , Dataloader, Marketing Cloud and Five9 to optimize workflows, improve agent tools, and enhance customer journey capabilities.

What You'll Do:

· Basic Configuration: Creating fields, list views, updating page layouts, flows and making other basic changes within Salesforce.

· Data Management: Assisting with data entry, cleaning, and maintenance within the platform.

· User Setup: Setting up corporate users and assisting with the maintenance of profiles, permission set groups and permission sets.

· User Support: Providing basic technical support to users, answering questions, assisting with report templates and resolving minor issues.

· Collaboration: Working with senior administrators and IT Support to support Salesforce.

Your Skills and Experience:

· Salesforce Knowledge: Strong understanding of the platform's key features, functionalities and best practices.

· Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Salesforce, Excel, Dataloader, User Permissions, and Salesforce Flows.

· Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with users and team members.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve basic issues within Salesforce.

· Critical Thinking Skills: Analyze, question and consider the impact of changes prior to taking action.

· Salesforce Certification (ADM201) or 2+ years of experience
