Responsibilities Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, from architecture reviews to deployment and troubleshooting. Demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of Sentra's products and services. Collaborate closely with the product team to provide insights from the field and influence the product roadmap to better meet customer needs. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans for achieving sales objectives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product development and sales strategies. Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles, in the cybersecurity or data management industry. Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP and Azure), as well as DevOps tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Deep understanding of data security principles and technologies. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and data security/privacy requirements - an advantage.
