We are currently hiring a Sales & Client Experience Coordinator who is passionate about aesthetics and ready to help our clients feel their absolute best.
Your Role:
• Conduct thorough, personalized consultations to understand clients’ goals and concerns
• Educate clients on our services, products, and membership options
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through expert, consultative selling
• Assist with scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth client flow
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends, treatments, and technologies
• Provide inclusive, respectful care rooted in empathy and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in a med spa, luxury wellness, or aesthetic retail environment (preferred)
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals
• Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, kind, and polished presence
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols in aesthetic care
