About Us:

Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and commercial properties
Follow safety protocols, including fall protection and ladder safety
Work efficiently as part of a team
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Communicate effectively with team leads and customers
Requirements:
Prior roofing experience preferred but willing to train motivated individuals
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
OSHA or fall protection certification is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience (starting at $25–$35/hr)
