Job Summary: U.S. Medical Staffing is Seeking Multiple LPN's who are reliable for 1:1 Cases Near The Lindenhurst/Copiague Area school District. These 1:1 cases would entail assisting medically fragile students on day to day activities. Some cases may require the Licensed Practical Nurse to assist . All cases and details will be presented to each applicant to make sure it is a good fit.


Job Responsibilities ( Are not limited to):

• Assisting the Student through out the day
• Following doctors orders/ Giving out medication
• Meeting at the students house to assist on the bus ( not all cases require this)
• Collaborating with the Main nurse to create an action plan
• Providing Rescue medications for select cases
• Documenting Progress notes throughout the day
• Updating the parents on the students condition and keeping contact

Job Qualifications:

• NYS LPN License
• Fingerprinted by the DOE
• Recent Physical, Titers, PPD's
• 2 Forms of ID
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR/BLS
