Job Title: Restoration Cleaning Technician
Location: Based in Moraine, OH (Travel throughout Dayton to Cincinnati area)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start time: 7:45 AM – End time varies (up to 12-hour shifts)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Restoration Cleaning Technician to join our restoration team. This role involves cleaning and restoring environments affected by fire, water, mold, and biohazard damage—including trauma-related incidents such as suicides and homicides. Technicians work directly in homes, vehicles, and commercial facilities, helping individuals and families recover from life-altering events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning and restoration services following fire, water, mold, and biohazard events.

• Clean and sanitize residential, vehicle, and commercial spaces after trauma-related incidents.

• Travel with full-time team members from the Moraine facility to job sites across the Dayton to Cincinnati region.

• Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Operate restoration and cleaning equipment effectively and responsibly.

• Maintain professionalism and discretion in sensitive environments.

• May be required to drive a company or personal vehicle in rare emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must provide a resume showing relevant experience and job longevity.

• Must be able to work 50+ hours per week; overtime (hours worked over 40/week) is paid at time and a half.

• Must be available to work weekends as needed.

• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varied conditions.

• Reliable transportation to the Moraine facility is required.

• No smoking on job sites or in company vehicles. Employees must not smell of tobacco prior to entering any client location.

• Willingness to be flexible with end times; typical return to Moraine facility is by 6:00 PM, but jobs may run later.

Keys to Success:

• Perfect attendance and punctuality are critical. Any missed or late time during the temp-to-hire period will result in immediate termination.

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.

• Comfort working in emotional and physically demanding environments.

• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to follow instructions and contribute to overall project success.

• Willingness to work long shifts and weekends as required.

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
