Job Description
Note:
Approach companies (cold calling in person or over the phone) and gain their interest in a wellness program based on various incentives. You can call companies in Texas plus several other states. You would not be doing any selling. You would simply be providing a referral from interested companies so that a Wellness Representative could do a presentation to the interested company.
Location: Must reside anywhere in the state of Texas...
Requirements:
· Excellent People Skills
· Ability to cold call on companies in person or over the phone
· Ability to present materials in a truthful and positive way to gain initial interest so the company would agree to get further information from a wellness representative.
Skills Needed:
· Self-Motivation
· Ability to work as an independent contractor based on 100% commission. Commission pay is based on individual performance and whether your referrals sign up with the wellness company.
· Ability to cold call companies directly or through phone calls
· Ability to call companies when they are open for business
Other Highlights:
This is a very exciting role as it has the potential to provide long-term residual income by simply
sparking interest and providing referrals. Income from commissions can potentially extend many
years into the future provided the company signs up for the wellness program, stays on the program
long term, and the tax incentives do not change.
