Registered Nurse MegSurg (RN MedSurg) – Full-Time

Available Shift(s): 7p-7a

We are hiring a RN MedSurg to deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical setting. This role supports a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services with a focus on patient safety, clinical excellence, and holistic healing.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.

What You Bring:

• Current RN license in the state of Texas or compact license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification required; additional unit-specific certifications may apply.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred.

Compensation:

• Competitive base hourly rates ($29.00 - $46.00/hour)

Shift Differentials

Evening Shift: $3.50/hour

Night Shift: $4.50/hour
Weekend Shift: $2.50/hour

Sign-on bonus of up to $4,000
Retention bonus up to $1,500
Relocation assistance available upon approval
