We are looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to be part of the dynamic team.
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including monitoring vital signs and identifying any changes in patient conditions.
Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and medical conditions.
Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor for potential side effects.
Wound Care and Medical Procedures: Perform advanced nursing tasks such as wound dressing, IV therapy, catheter care, and injections.
Health Education: Educate patients and families about disease management, medication use, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Emergency Response: Act promptly in medical emergencies, providing first aid or resuscitation if necessary.
Collaboration: Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and updates.
Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control practices to protect patients and caregivers.
Emotional Support: Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
✅ Certification in nursing or healthcare assistance
