• Drive the beat: Cruise around town in a box truck, delivering Red Bull to stores and keeping shelves stocked.
• Energize your sales skills: You'll meet with store owners and managers, supporting them, recommending Red Bull products and maximizing sales.
• Customer service with a Red Bull kick: Provide friendly, efficient service that keeps our customers happy and coming back for more.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Route-based Base Pay + High-Commission Structure: Roughly $44,000 total
• Lucrative Incentives: Achieve targets and overlay incentives for increased earnings.
• Projected Annual Earnings: $45,000 - $60,000
• Average Annual Earnings for First Year: $50,000 - $55,000

Training: When you work at Hay, we want you to know that you are a valued member of the company. You will be assigned someone to work with you one-on-one for in-the-field training while also having foundational materials at your fingertips with an app, a supportive Training Manager who will ensure a successful training, and your manager who will be checking in on you as well all while receiving pay during training.

We're looking for self-motivated, reliable individuals with a clean driving record, a positive attitude, and a can-do spirit. Basic computer skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs. are required. Sales experience (especially DSD experience) is a plus!

Requirements

• Self–motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude, organized time manager
• Able to consistently lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull)
• Have a valid driver’s license for 2+ years with proof of insurance
• Clean Driving Record (No more than 2 events (accidents or tickets) for the past 3 years, No DWI charges in the last 5 years
• Must pass a drug test
• 21+ years of age
• Basic accounting and math skills
• Customer Service Experience, at least 1 year. Work with DSD preferred
• Must be able to adeptly work a handheld and have basic computing skills
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
• High school diploma or GED required
