Overview Recruiting Coordinator - Contractor at Salesforce. This is a 6-month contract role. The position will be in a hub office 3 days a week and 2 days remote. Role Description In the Recruiting Coordinator role you will partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams to provide best-in-class candidate experience. You will be a subject matter expert in all areas of the interview lifecycle and will influence and drive an optimal interview experience for all partners. This is a high-impact role with exposure to all Salesforce business units at regional and global levels. In addition to interview scheduling, you may be involved in high-potential projects to maximize internal growth opportunities. Responsibilities Assume responsibility for the Interview Scheduling Process across multiple business units at regional and global levels, including coordinating phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews. Manage interview logistics, including travel (flights and accommodation) and candidate reimbursements; greet candidates onsite as per RC hub guidelines, maintaining a top-tier candidate and hiring team experience. Ensure interview compliance: audit Employment Agreements before issuing to candidates and ensure Background Investigations are completed in advance of start dates. Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers across all levels; act as a subject-matter expert to troubleshoot challenges, influence the hiring process, and enhance candidate experience. Prioritize multiple tasks across regions/business units while maintaining efficiency, equity, and a quality experience in a fast-paced environment. Master our applicant tracking system and tools (e.g., Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, Slack). Contribute to regional and global team projects aligned to the Global RC vision; leverage Tableau and RC dashboards to provide insights to recruiting partners; educate hiring teams on scheduling best practices to meet global SLAs. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a customer/client-facing role. 1+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role. Experience evaluated for alignment with role strengths (e.g., leadership, volunteer work, etc.).
